How to Heal Stress
In our lives, there are a lot of problems that can make people become stress. Stress become the most problem that we face every day. Stress attacks our psychology and our emotions, and it make stress people looks like crazy. Stress make some people become frustrated, forget about his/her goals, and the extreme way, they do suicide. Besides it, stress can make new problems, like make people sick, decrease relationship between people and others. Although stress is big problem for us, but stress can be treated. There are several steps to heal stress, let me explain about it.
There are a lot of problems that can make people become stress. Many workers become stress and depress because their jobs, especially for people who work under pressure. Besides it, many teenagers or students become stress because the lesson that they get at school or university. They can’t understand about it, and they become afraid and stress about the tests. In the other hand, only few people who can handle their emotions and psychology in the way to treat stress in his/her lives.
The first steps to heal stress is try to solve the problems. It means you should find the base problems that stimulate stress, then solve it. For example: students, you must find what problem that make you become stress, the lessons for example. After you know the base problem, try to solve it by studying, asking for help from friends, or by taking some more lessons besides from school. Second, share your problems to other people. Some people are afraid to do this activity. He/She doesn’t want others know about his/her problems. But, believe me, if you share your problems to others you can get motivations from them,, besides it they can give you their opinions or solutions about your problems. Share your problems to your friends, or your parents. Third, look your problems from the positive sides. Many people have bad habits, seeing problems that they face from negative sides, so they only get the negative one. But, if you look your problems from the positive sides, you will get the positive one. Looking problems from positive sides can provides you more solutions to solve the problems. So you will get motivations to solve the problems. Fourth, take recreation to refresh your mind. Recreation come from the words re- and creation. Re- means do something again, and creation means make something by using your creativity. So, recreation means make something again in your live. By taking recreation, you can refresh your mind from bad conditions before like depression and stress. You will have new mind when you come back to your common activity.
Although a lot of problems can make people become stress, but we must know how to heal stress. We can heal stress by try to solve the problems, share your problems to other people, look your problems from the positive sides, and take recreation to refresh your mind. You must handle your problems, not problems handle you. Do your best in your live, so you will earn the best too.
